Marketing support tools and related services
All services and products are intended for business and marketing purposes.
Nest Leads offers digital data products such as seller lead lists and buyer databases.
By purchasing these products, you acknowledge and agree that:
These products are delivered digitally.
Delivery typically occurs within 24 hours unless otherwise specified.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once data has been delivered.
Nest Leads does not guarantee results, deal flow, or marketing success from the use of purchased data.
Customers are responsible for how they use purchased data after delivery.
Customers using lead data or databases purchased from Nest Leads agree to comply with all applicable marketing and communication laws.
These may include but are not limited to:
Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
CAN-SPAM Act
GDPR
CCPA
Any other applicable federal, state, or international regulations
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring their marketing activities comply with all applicable laws.
Nest Leads is not responsible for how data is used after delivery.
Nest Leads provides virtual assistants for outreach and marketing activities.
Customers acknowledge that:
Virtual assistants perform outreach and lead qualification services.
The CAN-SPAM Act
Results such as leads, appointments, or deals cannot be guaranteed.
Marketing outcomes depend on multiple factors including market conditions, data quality, and customer follow-up.
Nest Leads reserves the right to structure outreach sessions and campaigns based on operational requirements.
All payments must be made in full prior to the delivery of services or digital products unless otherwise agreed upon.
Payments are securely processed through third-party payment processors such as Stripe.
Customers are responsible for any applicable transaction fees, taxes, or payment processing charges.
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services or delivery delays.
Due to the nature of digital products and marketing services:
All data purchases are non-refundable once delivered.
Virtual assistant services are non-refundable once work has begun.
Refunds may be considered only in cases where services were not delivered.
Nest Leads reserves the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Nest Leads is not responsible for any business losses, marketing outcomes, missed opportunities, or financial damages resulting from the use of our services or products.
All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nest Leads’ liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service or product purchased.
Users agree not to misuse the Nest Leads website or services. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
Attempting to access restricted areas of the website
Distributing malware or harmful code
Attempting to disrupt website functionality
